HOW TO BOOK OR MAKE RESERVATIONS

SELECT YOUR RENTALS
Pick all the items you need to rent for your event. Consultations are always free, as many as you need until you make the perfect decision.

CONTACT US VIA EMAIL OR INSTAGRAM OR SCHEDULE A CALL
Once you know what you need for your event or have any concerns, message us via Instagram or email and we can get everything scheduled for your special event. We can schedule a call with you, just let us know within your first message.

WE CONFIRM YOUR RENTALS
As soon as we finalize all the rental decorations you need for your event, we can set aside the time frame of your event. [Reservations are only provided when payment is complete]

SIGN AGREEMENT
We will send you your personalized rental agreement that lists the rental time frame, pricing, delivery and all the important details. This helps to make everything run smoothly and effectively.

PAY FOR RENTALS.
We will send you an invoice for the Total Amount Due.
Here is when you pay for the rental decorations that you have selected for your event.
Please note: Your rental items are not held or reserved until your full total payment has been received. If you need any assistance in paying, please let us know. Thank you so much.
HELPFUL INFORMATION
Schedule Delivery & Pick-up
Delivery & Pick-up will be discussed during step #3 (Confirming your rental items).
Please note, while we do try to work with delivery time requests, delivery slots are subject to availability.
Damages
Missing inventory or damages to the rental decorations must be reported prior to the event or you may be charged for the items. It is the customer's responsibility to care for the rental decorations from drop-off to pick-up. Thank you.
Quick Notes
It is best that you are present during the pick-up process at your venue location, yet if you are not going to be present, please ensure that you have left us the door code, key location or contact information for the person we will need to contact.
Items not used do not qualify for a refund. Any issues or damages with the rental items must be brought to our attention before your event. Damaged or missing items not brought to our attention before the event may result in loss or damage charges.
Items should never be stored outside in the rain. Anything from chairs to linens can mildew or mold if exposed to long periods of moisture.
