DELIVERY
RENTAL PRODUCTS
Delivery and Pick up fee is paired together in one price. Company delivery and pick up is currently available for all rental products while Customer pick up and delivery is not currently available for all our rental products.
STANDARD DELIVERY AND PICK UP
$140+
This pricing consists of a 1 stop delivery location and a 1 stop pick up location within the Windsor, LaSalle & Tecumseh Ontario areas. This also includes 1 Free Transfer location within the locations listed above. For delivery and pick up outside of these areas please contact us for pricing.
Delivery and Pick Up Time Frame included with this standard delivery and pick up package is 8am-10pm.
OVERNIGHT DELIVERY OR PICK UP
$300
(in addition to Standard Delivery and/or Pick Up)
Delivery and Pick Up time frame outside the Standard Delivery and Pick Up package is considered Overnight Delivery or Pick up.
This fee applies when a delivery or pick up is set between 10:01pm to 7:59am. This Fee is calculated in addition to the standard delivery charge.
The person renting the rental equipment will need to speak with a company representative to ensure the time in which the item(s) needs to be delivered and/or picked up is available for their event. The overnight delivery and/or pickup option may not be available.
NON HOLIDAY WEEKEND PICK UPS
No additional fees for weekend delivery and / or pick up. Weekend consisting of Saturday and Sunday.

HOLIDAY & HOLIDAY WEEKEND PICK UPS
No additional fees for Holiday and Holiday weekend delivery and / or pick up. Weekend consisting of Saturday and Sunday.

RENTAL PROTECTION PLAN
10% of total order (Optional)
A damage protection plan is available for each rental contract at 10% of the total cost of the rental items. Damage protection will cover the first $150.00 of broken or damaged equipment. Full details within the rental agreement.
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE PREPAYMENT
20% of total order
A 20% refundable damage prepayment is added to each contract if the Rental Protection Plan is declined. Refundable Damage prepayment is 20% of the total price. Prepayments are returned once the items are returned in the condition they were lent out in.
